Subway

I discovered this subway few days ago and i really like this place . Its warm, neat and Clean. Its near my home .I usually go there in the evenings after my work and buy 2 footlong sandwiches for dinner - Voila! Dinner ready. I agree that few of them have language problem. Rather than that I found them very welcoming , patient and friendly . Also only one person at a time for the service makes things little slow during busy days. I think thats maybe due to this whole pandemic situation. While browsing i saw some bad reviews . So I decided to write what i experienced . I don’t know why some of ‘em had this terrible experience.

I must agree with some of the other postings. We where there on Sunday and we made two orders a foot long and the Rep (female) put very little cheese on the foot long and we asked for a little extra and she replied “ I will have to charge you for it” and we replied you understand that you will loose a customer.. she basically didn’t care. 👎🏻 We go to others and subways and never have an issue.. 👎🏻👎🏻

The worst customer service. There is always the same person and that old middle aged woman doesn't even understand English! Her words are also not understandable - we end up asking "what" to each other - this doesn't happen anywhere else. The worst hygiene ever - touches everything and without washing or sanitizing, she touches the sandwich too! Better to close this outlet than have this person work here. Why is there no zero rating option?
