Burger King

Slow. Rude. Rude to elderly people in front of me. Arguing with each other. No drinks or ice machines working. People asked for help with a drink and received attitude. The girl was nice to me though. Place is filthy even for a fast food place. Owners and managers need to tighten up. Coke machines just broke down. Only sweet or unsweetened.... AAND then ran out of sweet tea.

The worst fast food place I've ever been to. I'm not one to complain and you can see I never write reviews of places but there's no way this place can pass a DHEC inspection. I walked in around 11:30 and waited about 5 minutes at the front counter while the woman on the drive though headset said she'd be right with me. She was wearing a crop top with her stomach and back out. While I waited I noticed the drink machines are very dirty, there paper and food all over the floor, and the front counter area where you order is covered with misc. Small boxes of condiments, receipts, coupons, and a block of sliced cheese just sitting there. The fry prep area was covered in empty fry boxes laying on the counter and floor. The staff wasn't per say rude but made no effort what-so-ever trying to get orders out or even look after customers in-line. While I was there one person brought there food back and was given something else in return, I didn't hear what the issue was, and after my order was taken the wait was very long. I took my seat and it smelled horrible, that was the last straw for me. I threw my food away and left.

I never leave negative reviews, but this is truly worth the review. This is anything but fast food. I waited half an hour for a burger, fries, and a drink through the drive through. I was only the 5th car in line. That's 6 minutes per order (I easily spent that long at the window waiting). If I was a manager or owner of this store, I'd be completely embarrassed of these stats. Judging by the other reviews on this page, it appears that they don't care as they've received the same complaints for quite some time now. Staff was just lounging around taking their time with zero sense of urgency. I saw at least 4 different people go fill up their personal cups with soda before someone even started filling one up for me. THEY LITERALLY HAVE AN ESCAPE LANE FOR WHEN YOU GIVE UP ON THEIR POOR PERFORMANCE AND LACK OF URGENCY Staff was constantly touching their faces/hair/etc with their gloves and then going back to handling food without changing . Kind of defeats the purpose of the gloves, huh? Save yourself a half hour and $5 and go literally anywhere else but here.

Customer service was severely lacking. It took a good 2-3 minutes for anyone to acknowledge my existence. Once they did my cashier had the personality of a wet sponge. Food was sub-par, asked for it to dine in, received it to go. Not a very good experience over all. The drink machines had the names of soda hand written and the sweet tea wasn't very good either.

If I could rate a 0 I would burgers cold and the wait is about 30 minutes. They only had one drink machine which only had coke and sweet tea. Untrained staff. Sad it’s a great location. This Burger King needs to have better trained management and staff and a grill that actually keeps food hot not warm when the inside eating area is freezer temps.

Sat for 10 min waiting for someone to come to the speaker to take our order they then told me their credit card machine was down. I didn’t have cash and people were behind me. They said I could pull forward and leave. Well there were three people waiting for orders. Sat another 20 min trying to leave. Worst fast food experience yet. They need to try and hire people that actually care about their job performance and customer service.
