Mike the owner is an amazing person and even better customer service expert. He personally called me to fix the very minute mistake that was made ( they forgot the tomatoes- no big deal). He is a prime example of what customer service should be. Also the food is ALWAYS fresh and AMAZING. Thank you Mike /Subway for the delicious food and courtesy. I will absolutely be back many more times. Sorry if I was a jerk 🤦‍♂️

Sign states cup of soup $2.49 and I they try to charged me 3.49 and when we brought it up they said with attitude “well that’s the price” I said well the sign right there says $2.49 that’s false advertising. So I said just give me back the money then she was slamming things around gave me the money and threw the soup in the trash. Make sure you double check prices because they try ripping you off then being jerks about it.

This was once upon a time one of the best Subways in Michigan. Over the last 3 years it has declined. It is now one of the worse restaurants to go to. The customer services is horrible. They are rude and very nasty. I've seen employees wipe there nose and continue to make sandwiches. I've been told that I would have to pay extra for lettuce. I absolutely hate this store. No one ever is nice and they make you wait long periods of time even when there is no one there. This place really needs to be shut down. NEVER GOING BACK!!
