Fire

We had a fantastic dinner at Fire last night, a special family occasion. The food was stunning and atmosphere was very cool but the best part of our experience was Ash. Ash made our night out really special, it’s rare to get good let alone outstanding service and Ash went above and beyond to make our dinner comfortable, memorable and made sure we were happy with everything. Can’t wait to go back! Totally recommend for a great night out.

My partner and I like to have brunch at fire on a Sunday after a busy week. The service always superb with smiling, attentive and pleasant staff, the food is consistently excellent and we love the laid back atmosphere with room to park a pram. Would recommend anytime of the day for a meal you won’t forget.

My friend and I were a walk in on a busy Saturday night. The cocktails were toe-curling good and the service absolutely fantastic and very personal for a full, busy night. Even packed, we still had enough privacy to solve all words problems. We were made to feel special, which was appreciated. Our new favorite hangout spot.

Summary: Wow! What a great restaurant! The food here was amazing.. We dined for lunch with a large group of 8 including and infant and children, and were seated upstairs. The waiter was great, and the food was delivered promptly and accurately. Very good service throughout the lunch. The menu catered for many tastes and was amazing (buffalo chicken sliders and mushroom dishes were a highlight). On a par with some much higher priced restaurants. Reasonable price, and great atmosphere! The only negative was having to ask a few times for one side dish, but the staff were very apologetic and it was eventually sorted. We will be back!!

We have dined at No.8, an Asian fusion place and had really great food/service and so its sister restaurant right next door that shares a kitchen, Fire, attracted us with their menu items, location and chic looks and the staff again were welcoming. We enjoyed good service, drinks (Thursdays is discount cocktail night!) and the food was good (see the Ceviche pic, really fresh and delicious tuna yum) although we did return most of the fish of the day due to overcooking. the waitress and manager were very apologetic and discounted this and also offered our desserts gratis. this is a "premium" priced eatery and needs to deliver consistent quality to avoid customer disappointment, however we will be back as it was good and the menu is changed seasonally
