Not atypically, the staff was a bit "distracted," or perhaps slightly unfocused.
They actually had both a light roast and a dark roast available.
The rest is Starbucks cookie-cutter.

My favorite Starbucks location especially due to the staff: Sarah the supervisor is amazing and always makes me smile as soon as I come in! Not only is she extremely friendly but she also knows how to execute my drinks very well, especially given how complex they can be lol. I go to Starbucks practically everyday, and I’ve been coming to this location for years as I live in the area. Throughout all the changes over the years, my experience here has only elevated because of Sarah along with the other star employees LJ, Claire, Sophia, Jahre (another supervisor) and Angel. Such an amazing crew and I’ll continue to come to this location so long as they’re all still there. :)

I went as a member of a training group with our new guide dogs and our instructors. The staff was incredibly kind, patient understanding and seems to enjoy having all of us

I only go to the store for one reason only and it’s Claire Claire gives the best customer service and she gives me positive vibes even when I’m having a bad day thank you Claire for all the support and all the sweet short talks we have you truly are an all-star
So happy that Starbucks also has hired a new team of great people I like it there now I like positivity people and nice people but Claire is the all star all the way

Wow! This has easily been my favorite starbucks location ever! So clean and well put together, and Dylan was so helpful and kind with my order this morning! Amazing!

An Okay location. Personally I HATE where this Starbucks is located. Mt. Kisco parking is awful and mainly metered. The staff was friendly here, and my drink came out tasty. The location itself is more of the problem for me because I hate where I need to park in order to get my order. Also there is no Drive-through at this location FYI.
Overall Rating: 9/10

I loved the modern look of Starbucks as soon as I walked in. There were many seating choices along with a fireplace. The employees were very kind, friendly, and welcoming. I wish I could give a bigger tip to the employees because they are super kind and are very joyful with me which is why I respect them. The food and drinks are great but it’s kind of pricey but otherwise it is amazing.
