Dunkin'

This DD is down the street from my church and from time to time I go there as a last resort in a dire caffeine fit. They NEVER EVER get the order right. Today I went for the first time since the remodel...ok your building is nice BUT my order was still wrong and my coffee was nasty. I asked for a dark roast with an espresso shot and gingerbread swirl, cream no sugar. What I received was a regular coffee with no espresso cream and sugar...you definitely know the difference. What the cup says is definitely not what I ordered or the $4.87 I paid for. I'm gonna give up on this place it's the worst DD of the 4 in the area.

Prices keep going up-bagel with cheese used to be around $3+ tax now it's $5??? Also since when do they charge for a cup of water??? Tap Water is free everywhere and for DD to charge you $1 when you're already purchasing from them absolutely unacceptable! Terrible staff attitude as well. Why do indians/Bangladeshi in liberal states have a monopoly for DD? Where's the diversity in that? Because all the staff are Bangladesh in all establishments.

I get my coffee here almost daily and unfortunately recently I have been experiencing more heart beat irregularities I do have a heart condition of which I have a defibrillator and I request decaf coffee however the past few times I have asked this and they claim to have given me decaf but used the same source for both my regular and decaf coffee. I don’t think they may realize that decaf may be requested due to medical conditions even though this place is close to home I will not be getting my coffee from this location ever again.

Starbucks is my usual go to for coffee. But my husband was telling me about how awesome this remodeled Dunkin was. It is beautiful and so incredibly clean and I don’t know what they’ve done to the formula in their coffee but it taste totally different than it used to. I get the cold brew on tap. The manager, Bobby is awesome. I have only been twice, and the second time I was impressed that he remembered my order. You can tell he really takes pride in his store. Pleasure to patronize this establishment. Definitely recommend!

Every morning I am greeted with a smile, very knowledgeable friendly staff. Very good people. Bobby is the man! Additionally the new renovations are immaculate. It's extremely clean and they keep it that way! My go to Dunkin donuts for a medium hot decaf cream and sugar and a veggie egg white wrap!
