Panera Bread

Panera Bread is the same everywhere, however, this location is newer and for some reason has friendlier staff. It deserves 5 stars all around as the food is consistent and the atmosphere is clean and comfortable. Thank you for keeping this location well maintained. I will be frequenting this restaurant whenever I’m in Eustis.

My daughters and I had an awesome experience at this restaurant today. We went for an early dinner. My 14 year old was taking her pizza to our table, and half of it accidentally slid off her plate and landed on the floor. She was mortified. We quickly made our way to the table. I got up to go get us some drinks and by the time I got back, the manager, Brittany, had brought her another pizza to replace the one that was ruined. This kind of thoughtfulness and customer service is rare these days. We had a wonderful meal because of Brittany's kindness. She is a huge asset to this restaurant and a great example for her coworkers. Just wanted share. Thank you for a great meal. Mia

A friend & I dinned at Panera tonight. People were very friendly and helpful. They were out of radicchio, wouldn't hurt my feelings whatsoever. I think it's bitter and horrible tasting. It was my friend's sandwich. The photo on the menu showed it loaded with vegetables. I was quite surprised when I carried the food to the table for us the sandwich looked flat, there was nothing but cheese tomatoes and some sauce, I believe . They didn't even offer a substitute of spinach or field greens or anything else for that matter . With the prices today, that was a little surprising. Other than that, the staff members were more than happy to give me something to add to the sandwich for my friend. But I believe they should have pride in what they serve and offer something else to put with the sandwich before serving it. I had a tooth pulled a couple days ago so soft food is all I can have. I had broccoli cheddar and ask for a softer bread. She said we don't have anything but French bread. Panera Bread doesn't have anything but French bread. Now, after answering the questionnaire, it says, "What did you eat at Panera Bread?" One of the multiple choice answers is a croissant. That would have been much easier on my mouth. I guess that's the way things are today. I think it's very sad.
