The staff is always really nice and patient with the kids. The price is pretty high for ice cream but the atmosphere and experience are worth the special moments with the kids. Always a go to place for rewards

Wonderful little ice cream shop! I had the Maple Walnut and Coconut ice cream. Both were delicious! The staff were very friendly and helpful. They even had sugar free ice-cream--the only kind my mom can eat--so my family and I were all happy. Two thumbs up!

A little small place for the amount of costumers. But buy the ice cream and walk around is an excelent option

We always visit Scoop when in Mount Dora and today wasn’t the exception. They were busy as father day weekend you can expect but the service was fast and friendly.
We taste a couple of flavor pick the cones and paid without problems. They have multiple options of ice cream, pastries and more!
Very nice place, awesome quality and fantastic prices!

Nice ice cream shop that also has milkshakes, cookies, mini cakes, cannoli, cupcakes, etc. I don't k ow how I'd never had Midnight Caramel River ice cream before, which is apparently Hersheys, but I highly recommend it. I didn't try the ice cream donut, so I can't say if it's good or not.

Love me some Scoops. Always great service and fresh waffle cones. Goes without saying they have a great selection of ice cream, but what I really love are their keto donut options they have up front. Delicious!

We really enjoyed this place. Prices are very fair for the amount of ice cream you get. When we got there, they weren't busy. But by the time we left they were getting busy. They have a combination of 2 and 4 chair tables. Probably will seat about 20 at a time.
Service was fast and friend to choose from. Someone mentioned the Keto donuts in a review. I think they are brought in from a bakery, and not made there. They are $29.70 for a half dozen. We did not try them for that price. But like I said, the icecream was definitely worth the price. Will definitely go there again next time we're in Mt Dora....

Wonderfully nostalgic stop on 5th Avenue with a wide range (40 flavors, I think?) of scooped ice cream, and a display case full of delectable cookies and cakes. Seating space is at a premium, but there are benches outside, and there's a park just across the street.

Visited here with my son when we were staying with friends in Mount Dora. It didn't disappoint! We both LOVED our ice cream and cupcakes! Plus, the staff was very friendly and helpful :)
