Mcdonald's

First, I extend appreciation to crew members! They were polite, courteous and helpful, each offering to prepare another sandwich. Ordered a fish sandwich, no cheese. I forgot McDonald's does not toast their buns. Eek! Really! This is what you charge $4.00 for?(see photo). The manager,referred to as Mr. Mohammad,was advised twice,that I requested a refund. He stood in the lobby and continued his phone conversation. After 10 minutes he went into the back, totally disregarding my presence. After,the third refund request, a young lady, just starting her shift, issued the refund.

Worst customer service ever!!! After sitting at the second window waiting to get my two coffees and mcchicken while the employees were on their phone happily they handed me my drinks clearly you can see they are small, I let the employees know but they were adamant that they were medium seriously?? When it clearly has the S for SMALL and then instead of fixing the issue they had the audacity to just close the window when the issue could have been resolved so easily by changing the size I know all sizes are a dollar but thats why I asked for a medium. Employees were extremely rude for sure, do NOT recommend 100%

I have ten grandchildren who love McDonald's. My issue is why do I customize my item on your kiosk it you okay no attention to my request. We like the pull apart donuts warm. We ask for it each time. Your response is correct about forty percent correct. I've commented numerous times on your survey. I'm guessing we need to find another option... Or another restaurant

My residence is 2 miles down the street. This has consistently been one of the slowest McDonald’s I’ve been to over the years. But they are not as bad as the McDonald’s 3 miles down the street at the corner of Forest Parkway and Old Dixie. Today I placed a Mobil order for a bottle of water 💦. Came in to use the restroom. Then pickup order. Total time from order to pickup, 10 minutes. Waited 7 more minutes at counter. (17 minutes). Then found out from others around me they had been waiting for their orders for more than 10 minutes before I arrived. The QUE screen showed my order# 1658 still pending when I left. Total time 17 minutes and I walked out WITHOUT the water bc that’s way too long! On a side note, there have been some awesome staff members here over the years, but they always leave and it doesn’t matter bc one All Star Team member can not carry a team to customer service victory.

I wouldn't give it a star at all if it was an option. The staff here is rude as hell. This one particular staff member had an attitude as soon as I arrived. She got an attitude cause I asked for my drink cup after placing my order at the kiosk. Mofo told me I was interrupting her from doing what she needed to do. Told I should know to stand and wait by the register as if there was a sign posted or the kiosk had advised me of such. I won't go back ever. Shut down the location and send em all to unemployment

Employees on the drive thru are sooooo rude, if I could give them no stars I would. How are they going to tell us they NO LONGER SELL frappes but it’s on the menu. Wth, we get to the second window and the employee screams out “here” and just throws the food out the window, and closes the window. We then ask for buffalo sauce and catches an attitude, literally if you hate your job get a new one. We were just trying to get our food….and We’re so nice due to the fact we have worked in a fast food restaurant and we know how it is. 0/10 recommend.
