This place really needs to revamp it's staff. I pre-ordered and it took the girl 3 trips to bring out all of the items for my order, not because it was too much for her to carry, but because she or whoever was giving her directions was simply not paying attention to my ticket. The car next to me ordered 1 item and they didn't even get that correct. I will say my food was hot and the majority of it was fixed correctly.

Waited for half an hour for a simple order before giving up and going to chick fil a. Other customers did the same.
With more employees than customers you'd think fast food would be faster than a full service restaurant.

The service was good. The food was fast. My burgers were warm and good. I loved my strawberry 🍓 lemonade Slush! I totally recommend. Didn’t put the five stars because they are only doing drive thru but I was happy with my service overall.

I ordered through Sonic the app. I pulled into the stall reserved for app orders. My food come out hot and ready with 2 minutes. Much appreciated!

I love Sonic, but this particular one is always out of something and or the food is never hot! I love the Coney Chilli Cheese dog, but today it barely had chilling on it, not to mention no bags for the ice. They are always out of French toast and and one point they had no beef. I want be going back to this one🥺

Just don’t come…the wait is long even when they tell you to order on the app. You go through the drive thru, they come outside take your payment and hand you your drink but you still wait 25+ minutes on your food. I understand the staffing issues but why come outside to take a payment when you know that makes it harder to get a refund.

This location is scary the lights don't always come on and it's very dark in this spot. The drinks and Shakes are sometimes not even their best. They don't act like they want to be there so they should really get another job! And turn on the lights nobody wants to drive into the darkness!

The ice cream machine never work at this location but advertise it every day on television who goes to sonics just for a burger or hot dog like really???good thing zesto's up the street they ice cream machine work plus that fake $10 bill that Sonic's employee gave me will never happen at zesto's
