Every time I come here (Lake City on Jonesboro Road) they are always out of something. My family and I tried here again after our son's game. Guess what!? They are out of vanilla ice cream, butter pecan, and so many more. Never heard of an I cream place out of ice cream 🙄. This is bad management. Busters here we come...Again!

Website says Lake City location Dine-In available. That's a lie. Has not been available for more than a month. Unable to go in to select what you want. Went through the Drive-Thru and decided on hand packed quarts of ice cream. When I got home, I discovered that the "quarts" were not quarts at all. Only a little more than half full. I was charged $9 for each one. The pre-packed quarts taste like old, freezer burned ice so I never buy them. However, the pre-packed quarts are actually filled to the brim so you actually get a quart. If I want a hand packed quart, I expect them to be filled to the brim as well. This location is a hot mess.

My husband and I had banana splits and they were awesome. Ms. Sonia took care of us and she is absolutely awesome. My daughter had the chocolate chip cheesecake and she said it was delcious.. We will definitely be back to this location, even if it's only to see Ms. Sonia again.. she is so sweet, it'll make your day just talking to her.. very highly recommend.

I've been here before and service was not great, but okay. I made an order online for a Father's Day cake. I went up there on Father's Day to pick the cake up. They got my order, but said they didn't have the flavor. A call would have been nice to let me know they didn't have the flavor or they didn't have the staff to make the cake.

I needed three simple banana splits and they had none of the icecream i was requesting...not only that they type of music being played wasn't in good taste for the public. The R and B was ok but the vulgar rap was not. I guess the shift manager wasn't on duty to let things like this slip. Also another employee had to point out to the cashier she wasn't making the banana splits correctly. I truly hope my next visit is a better experience.
