Dunkin'

My daughter and I go here to get our smoked vanilla iced coffee extra sweet almost daily! Great staff, wonderful service. Today I asked the young lady who was waiting on me what she would recommend for something new I'm always looking for something new to try. She recommended a really good strawberry drink that I would definitely be trying she let me try it and it is amazing it is a vanilla bean colada with a dash of strawberry taste just like a strawberry shortcake! Absolutely love this place!

Love my dunkin, but so far, over half the time I order the exact same coffee(I order the same coffee, daily) it is brown when it should be a light, cream color & it tastes like it is old or something. I'm not for sure what they're messing up on the coffee, but it's literally making me sick to my stomach. I cannot even finish my coffee when it's made this way. It taste so bitter and just old like. Idk if it's because they're not cleaning the coffee pots, letting the coffee sit there too long or if they're using old creamer/creamer that's been sitting out or what. But I'm really tired of getting a coffee only to have to throw it out after a few sips. I've noticed every time I redeem my free coffee on the app, it is made terribly. From now on, if my coffee looks like this weird brown color it is now, I'll assume it's old and just ask for a refundd. The staff is nice, usually, but the quality of the product is awful. I stopped ordering doughnuts because they're always old and stale lol.

Most of them time they are nice and coffee is good but lately I believe his name is Sam he messed up most of my drinks and he doesn't know how to read a label all the he time putting everything I want in backwards or wasn't right at all and I have got to say I have a few favorite workers well 4-5 that know me by my name and order but last night we walked in the store after going through the drive thru to have our coffees fixed. Well needless to say the manager Mel was a straight b***h and yank the cup out of my friends and and looked at her with a god aweful look and was so rude and disrespectful. She had never been like that before..

It seems l8ke the people at this particular site are unhappy with their jobs. The place could've been a lot cleaner.... and the people could've been a little friendlier. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese croissant, and it took quite a while to get, and the cheese was ice cold on it. Like I said, they didn't seem to be happy with their job
