Cracker Barrel

I’m leaving now, and this is the worst experience I have ever had. My aunt wanted to take us all to a nice breakfast when low and behold it was awful. My mother asked for some lemons three times for her tea and finally only got it after I asked for her ( for the 4th time.) my grandmother’s sausage was was raw on the inside and THERE WAS AN EGGSHELL IN HER FRIED EGG. How are you going to make a fried egg and not realize? Then I had to go find the manager myself who didn’t even seem to want to fix the problem?! This entire thing was ridiculous I would never recommend for a decent time.

Awful food AND service! Only 2 stalls working in bathroom. Not one single person even smiled. Waitress rarely checked on us. Ordered a SIDE of country ham and it was over $9!! Which came out swimming in grease and was not allergy free as I explained I had many allergies. Now going home itchy with a horrible after taste of nasty ham. My husband got a full meal of country ham, 2 eggs, 3 tomato slices, grits and 2 biscuits and gravy for $11.49 but my side was $9.29. How does that make any sense?? Will not be back to Cracker barrel, especially this location

Always loved this place. It's always clean and the grand youngins love the store.. The management could use a lesson in respect towards some of their employees, though. They are always working so hard when we are there. The server's are really nice and helpful, and the food is good and hot.. The online pick-up could use a little changing. When we got our food, we paid for an adult meal and got children's menu quantities. Other than that, I recommend folks go and have a good family meal together. Put them phones down and talk to each other.

When traveling on I-81 heading to or from I-40 this is one of our favorite Cracker Barrel stops. Food is always consistently good and service is fast and friendly. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are all delicious. Love to shop in the store. A word of advice is if you see something in the store you like, buy it because it probably won't be there the next time you go. I have finally convinced my wife of this and she is much happier now.

To show that I’m a real guest: Guerra party of 2 dined in on 3/19/21 at 11:15am I was very pleased by the service and quality of food at this restaurant, our server Angela was outstanding! She knows how to keep a good conversation. :) We are visiting from Illinois and this is my first ever experience at a Cracker Barrel. The homemade Pot Pie was TO DIE FOR!!! I would recommend this place to anyone and I will definitely be coming back to this chain.

I’ve been to plenty Cracker Barrel’s before and they wouldn’t serve me lunch. Also the tried to say we get no extras biscuits. Then they forgot toast biscuits and my country fried steak even though he came over to double check I wanted the country fried steak and still haven’t cooked it. Brought no plates out with biscuits and poor service food was also horrible and table was dirty. I can’t believe after forgetting about my food it was bad.

Service was great and staff really friendly, although they were very busy and it was hard to get their attention. I ordered fried chicken which arrived in under 3 minutes and frankly was the worst I've ever had. It had obviously been under a hot lamp for a while and I had to tear the chicken open to get through the batter to the meat which was tasteless and greasy. I'd travelled all day and couldn't bring myself to complain as I was tired but I will never use a cracker barrel again.
