I did an online order and paid extra for additional sides. Shame on me for not checking the bag before I left, however, when I got home I was missing one of the sides that I had paid 4 dollars for. I figured no big deal I will call and have them take that off the ticket. The initial answer I recieved was that they were not going to do anything about it because I "ate the food". I didnt understand that thought process because how can you eat food you do not receive. Then I was later told to drive back and they would give me the side. This is not a viable solution because I should not have to waste more of my time amd gas to fix their mistake. I was later told that I was not going to be refunded my money. I believe a corporate call will be needed as this place is a complete joke.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. They made me go thru the drive-up lane which took 24 minutes, and then gave me the wrong order which I didn't discover until I got home (my bad for not checking it before driving off). Called the store and was told to keep the food, they wouldn't exchange it. Emailed KFC and they replied with GrubHub's info. Not sure why because I didn't order thru Grubhub, I went thru KFC.com.

They NEVER seem to have chicken ready when we go there. We’ve given this location chance after chance. We are done! We’ve been told that we can have a leg instead of a breast. Or they are out of Cole slaw or they have shut their fryers down at 6:30. Tonight topped it off. We were there at 5:30 and were told no chicken for 45 minutes. Ridiculous. I’d love to hear from their management on this. Something doesn’t seem right about this location. Horrible!!!

Do Not order online!! We did an order on kfc.com and went to pick it up shortly after. We were told that there was no chicken left at 7:30 pm - I said we had ordered online and they said it would be ready tomorrow. They gave us no refund but an 800# to call. After waiting 16 minutes to speak to someone they said they would cancel the order and recieve our refund in 3-5 days. We have no money and no food for Saturday night.
