This is the worst place to get food. All workers are juniors who don't know how to get order. They gave me wrong food on drive through. Had to park and go back inside. They changed the food without apologies. The food was very low quality, like it was made of food waste. Coffee tasted yak! Don't eat here.

Have had several issues with this store, chips coming out either cold or barely warm, long wait times even just for chips and a drink and my partner and I have had times where they’ve forgotten parts of our order completely. One occasion we waited for almost half an hour for our order and they forgot the drinks in the end. Several other customers were getting visibly angry, I tried to be understanding, perhaps staff shortages? However, when my partner went back into the store to get our drinks they’d forgotten, he said there were several staff at the back of the store doing nothing as the manager and two other workers rushed around doing everything. I’ve had issues where we were given soda water? Instead of Sprite, and when asked to replace it we had to ask three times for a replacement before it was actual sprite, every other time it was water, carbonation and sugar with no sprite/lemon taste at all. A few months ago the store was doing wonderful work, a few slip ups here and there but that’s to be expected from fast food, it’s not meant to always be perfect. But in recent months it’s severally declined in quality.

While the food was great the server with the mullet was very rude to the staff making burgers. He was making smart little remarks to guy making burgers and never said please or Thankyou to any of the staff. He was not patient to my client who has trouble communicating and was trying his hardest to make an order himself and kept saying ‘what’ multiple times and kept getting his order wrong which was quite upsetting for him. This staff member had no patience and was rushing my poor client and other staff when there was no need to. Drive through was somewhat busy but looked controlled and handled by all other staff. Was disgusted in him. But A female worker with blonde hair was so lovely while starting her shift opened the door for us. It’s a shame one staff member ruins it for the rest

I did not realise things were so tough at this store. They must be really struggling. It has never been the best branch around, but today tops it it off. Long drive thru wait, no serviettes and only one pathetic slice of pickle in my Stunner burger. Yes, I was stunned alright. If anybody from this store reads this review, take a drive down to either South Perth or Myaree and you will see how a good business runs. You guys are a joke...
