Dunkin'

I order Dunkin nearly daily all across the nation. This was one of my worst experiences. I placed my mobile order when I was about 15 miles away. When I arrived, there was a line out the door, drive thru was backed up and my order wasn’t ready. A coffee and a coffee roll. Nothing major. Another guy waiting for his mobile order said the one across town was much better and he avoids this one when he can. After other people began asking where the cashier was, 3 people came from the back to start helping customers. I got my coffee and the young lady went to grab my coffee roll. They didn’t have any. I asked if I could get a dozen glazed munchkins instead. She said yes and then gave me 10. I guess in WV, 10 is a dozen. That’s not equivalent to a coffee roll. I would advise avoiding this dump. Management is so poor, this poor service won’t change until management or ownership changes.

I know they have dropped donuts from the name but when a place is know for coffee and donuts that’s what you should have in ample supply and fresh. We use to frequent this place but the freshness of the food has dropped considerably and the variety there is lacking. The last two times getting coffee involved ordering and waiting 10 minutes then finally getting a cup only for it to be cold and having to wait for another pot to be brewed. Be good at what your known for.

Would have loved to given 5 stars; however, the young man that waited on us had such an attitude. I realize it is Thanksgiving and you want to be home with your loved ones; but, that is no reason to be nasty. When you are greated and someone says Good Morning and Happy Thanksgiving you don't scowl at them and say what do you want. Our coffees were excellent. Wish I could say the same about the sevice.

Came thru drive they the girl taking our order was so rude and very impatient. It wasn’t super busy either. The coffee was good and so was my husbands hot chocolate. The pancake minis were horrible, they tasted like burnt cardboard. The guy at the window was pleasant and had good customer service skills, he should have been the one taking peoples orders.
