Panera Bread

Nobody welcomed myself and my children they kind of looked around. But our order was then taken! Although the food came up fast and was great as alway with any Panera I've been too! Which is why I'm giving a 3 but customer service skills need to be worked on. Never been to to restaurant and not been greated.!

I only got a coffee here. Had a little meeting with a colleague. The coffee was decent, self-service. Quite strong with a smooth taste. I can't speak to the food, but there's almost nothing for vegans anyway. Vegetarians beware, some vegetable soups have chicken broth. Make sure to ask at the register to avoid being grossed out. Not too crowded, but that was in the summer. I imagine it's packed now.

This Panera needs some attention. We eat fairly often at Panera because we travel alot and Panera is usually consistent. While this location was clean, the food wasn't prepared as well as other locations we have been to. They were out of Apple Chips for the Fuji Apple Salad but just didn't say anything. Similarly with the Turkey Avocado Sandwich we ordered, it was missing the Avocado, which they did have but neglected to put it in the sandwich. When we brought it to the managers attention he did give us some avocado in a cup. It wasn't busy at the time, 7PM on a Sunday, so not sure why the mix up. Unfortunately, not the typical Panera experience.

Great atmosphere, I like their 3 dollar bread bowl deal on Thursdays. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that towards the end of the school year maybe the employees get tired, because there were a few times that there was more soup slopped all over the plate than in the bread bowl, and sometimes the bread bowls are too shallow.

I ordered a grilled cheese and my cheese was very burnt and very sparse. We ordered a chicken and wild rice soup and was not informed about it being out of stock until we got the rest of the food. While ordering we were informed that they were out of baguettes, and this is not the first time. My friend and I were told that the GM takes food to other Panera's which then causes this Panera to be poorly stocked. This does not make sense due to the fact that it is located in the middle of a busy college campus. Not to mention the large pile of dirty dishes left on the trash cans. I will not be returning, which is sad because at home I visit Panera very often.
