My first visit to AJ's. The staff was friendly and patient while I figured out my order. The waitress was helpful and prompt. The salad bar was good, the steak was cooked a little more than requested but it was seasoned well, the desert options were anticlimactic. Overall, an enjoyable meal and dining experience.

A GREAT PLACE TO EAT. The buffet is always good. You will not find better fried chicken, and it is available for takeout at prices much lower than the fast food places. I got a fish plate with 2 sides, salad and dessert for $7.99. 2 good size catfish filets and basically all you can eat. The service is great. The staff friendly and the owner is a super nice guy. They give us truck loads of ice for our youth rally in the spring. I could not recommend a restaurant more highly. And usually, there's at most a short wait in line.

I've been here multiple times through the years. It's one of the few places that remains excellent in every way year after year. The employees don't look miserable, the food is great quality. It's spacious. And it's 2023, a weekday buffet with a drink was 12$. You can't get a burger combo for that anymore, let alone a full buffet.
