I have tried and tried to call this store. I husband and I drove through tonight and ordered 2 sandwiches . When we got home I stared eating mine and my meat was SPOILED!!! I only ate 2 bites and I pray I don't get sick. I will try to call again tomorrow and I would advise to to handle this !!!!

Ordered a ft long heated, light mayo, lettuce, tomato, all American club. What I got was cold no tomato, no mayo, very very little lettuce. Looked at order wasn't taken correctly disappointed at this visit at drive thru.

Very nice people. The only issue I had was the bun seamed to be old, was hard to chew. So I are the insides and tossed the bun. Never have I had this issue before. I feel it has something to do with the issue of Covid, and less customers them expected.

Fabulous serious very delicious subs highly recommend this subway the two clerks that helped us were very friendly and made sure we had everything we wanted

I don't know the name of the worker but she works the night shift.
She is very rude,I understand she gets overwhelmed with it just being drive thru.
The only other complaint I have is I paid almost $20 for two protein bowls,it was mostly veggies and the cheese was not melted.

They always mess up on at least one sandwich, I had them stick a loaf of bread out the window to have me feel it to see if it was too stale. Said they were out of bread but had this stale one! Acted cracked out.

They handed me a cold sandwich and never asked anything. They didn't even know if I paid. I went ahead and paid by insisting. They treated me as if they were in a hurry in the drive through but I was the only one there. I've had bad service there a few times. Subway of Morganfield has dropped the ball a few times. I'm sorry but I'm not gonna eat there any more.

They were very unsanitary. They did not clean the knife after making several sandwiches. Very bad service. No eye contact and very robotic movements like they were following some sort script. They acted as if they didn’t care about the customer and just wanted us out of the shop. We were the only ones there and we ordered two sandwiches and it took them about 10 minutes to finish the order. In conclusion it definitely was not the best experience. I don’t recommend this as a place you would want to stop and eat at.
