Starbucks

Went yesterday afternoon, customer service is rough. They were out of venti cups and bags, was told I could get trenta size but I’d have to pay for it which was off putting. I understand supply shortages but please speak to people with respect instead of barking things. Then was told they couldn’t scan my rewards, but with no explanation as to why (maybe it’s a target thing?) only giving them 2 stars because the girl who actually made my drink was very nice. It’s a great convenience to have in target but Probably won’t go back to this location, I recommend Starbucks in 14th and university. They’re always friendly and professional.

Everytime I head to the FM area we always have to stop at one of the Starbucks locations. I was pretty impressed that based off just a picture my daughter had on her phone, the gal behind the counter knew exactually what she had been dieing to try. Excellent coffee choices of all kinds, and my daughter can't miss out on the Cake pops! They are a fave!

Only one person running the store and Skylar who has been there about ONE month did AMAZING. There was a line of people frustrated and waiting and every time someone came up she made them smile. Definitely need to have more than one person running a store at a time, do better on your end starbucks. Everyone is short staffed but no one should be working alone! Props to her for handling everything so well, and you should definitely let your workers accept tips for THEIR hard work. Do better starbucks your employees deserve it.

I do love Starbucks “coffee” but all I can taste is sugar and cream in 70 percent of their drinks. They do taste good reminds me of a coffee flavored milkshake, Besides that the prices are ridiculous but that’s way for most people it’s a treat and not a part of their everyday routine. All of the staff are nice... most of the time

I never have bad service at this Starbucks (or any for that matter)! I wish more places could have as good of service as these employees deliver! The lady working was soo busy and the line was long but she made drinks so fast and still served everyone with a smile and happy attitude! People like her rock!!
