Panera Bread

Kinda a waste of money honestly I went there today for lunch got this grill chicken ceaser salad I ordered extra dressing they game me 3 cuts not even half filled so dry and gross chicken is soggy and they just throw ur bread at the bott On the bag kinda gross !!!! Only thing I can give them caren at the front was a joy!!!

I have had delivery from this store twice. Both times the decaf hot coffee arrived lukewarm and tasted as if I got the last bitter cup in the pot. Today I ordered a sliced, toasted, buttered bagel. The bagel was cold and unwrapped in the bag with butter containers. Below the bagel was a souffle. I ordered a souffle with bacon. There was no bacon on or in the souffle I received. I ordered sliced bread and the slices were just haphazardly in the plastic bag which was on top of the bagel. The online order site is very difficult to use, at least on my Chromebook...just kept getting errors.

DIRTY. Just DIRTY! Coffee station dirty, pots and carafes almost or completely empty every single time! This place used to be good, no longer! SLOW service with an ATTITUDE! Food embedded in the carpet, crumbs all,over the seats. Complained to “customer care” who absolutely don’t care! Canned responses from staff who clearly doesn’t know how to read and comprehend. With so many places to eat in this area there is no need to overpay for slow service and dirt! RUN elsewhere!

I just recently started going to Panera. I really enjoy their delicious variety of fresh soups. The Cream of Chicken w/ Wild Rice and Creamy Tomato soups are my favorite! I also really like the grilled cheese sandwiches and Mac and cheese! This particular Panera Bread is very spacious and clean. Sitting by the fireplace during the colder months is a fantastic way to enjoy a meal!
