Buffalo Wild Wings

It's been years since I have stepped foot in a BWW and it'll be years again before I'm back. Nothing special. I tried the chicken sandwich, it was decent, and the appetizers were again, alright. Only thing I found interesting is they have a smoking section at the bar, so if your a smoker or just don't want to wait to be seated and don't mind, you can go straight to the back and come out smelling like a chimney.

Oddly I wasn't ordering food, a blessing as the night went on. My wife and I accompanied her nieces and families, that did order food. They waited a little more than a hour to get, a couple of burgers, some tacos, and kids had chicken. Even appetizers took an eternity to get to the table. This is the first time I have even walked through the doors of any Buffalo Wild Wings, probably my last with service as it was. My wife had a beer, I had soda that stayed empty as it didn't get a refill until I was eating ice for the few times the waitress came by. I could go on about the less than any standards of service we received. Unless they do better with regards to being a food and drinks restaurant, I don't think I could recommend the BWW restaurant in Moore, OK.. I would hope someone changes things in the future. Someone like management should work on their workers and general service. I'm not a complaining jerk unless there is a real reason to say something, I'm sure no body would appreciate the service we received, I know we didn't, and don't.

By far the worst experience I've ever had at a buffalo wild wings. The food was cold when we got it and the server kept disappearing. It was gross and took more than 15 minutes to get the check when she just stopped at the next table over.i love coming here but I don't think I'll bring my family back for a while.

The food here has always been great but the customer service I get it is by far the worst I have received. The server we got today named “Shelby” was rude from the moment we walked in. She discriminated my husband and I by not wanting to give us a booth when there was clearly 3 available. After we received our food she walked away and we had no utensils and so I asked for them which then took another 5 minute wait. Lastly, she didn’t come to our table to check up on how our food was or drink refills until my husband and I were already finished to bring us to-go boxes. I then received my change in a rude manner thrown at the table hopefully the can change their attitude because every time I have gone to eat here I receive a really rude customer service experience. If they do not like working with customer service then they should really quit. I will definitely not recommend to eat here because the food is beyond great but customer service is not worth it. Will definitely not be going here anymore.

I'll give a 4 star but the staffing was extremely low and just on organized. We waited for over 30 minutes for a table but that was fine when we ordered it took over 45 mins to get our food. They misplaced our order and had to do it again so was kinda irritating but our waitress was a good one and food did taste good when received. Just prolly a poor schedule or a issue along that.

We got seated by a waiter with a very rude attitude. We asked if he can wipe the chair cause it’s dirty! How would you expect us to sit on a chair with lots of buffalo sauce. Then he wipe it with a dirty drug. Basically smear the sauce everywhere. The managers here need to train the employees! Lazy and rude people. Don’t even try to come in this location during the weekend!!
