I’ve gone to this Starbucks for years. The drinks are always a hit or miss and you have to wait in a line for at least 30 minutes. I get order the same thing everytime I come through, today it was extremely sour. When I went back through to get my drink remade the girl at the window was extremely rude. I told her I appreciated them remaking it, she completely ignored me and shut the window. My “remade” drink tasted like watered down coffee. Not worth $6 multiple times a week.

Went inside vs the long line outside. Ordering was easy, got a white mocha latte and a bacon gouda to start the morning. Came out quickly back to back, fresh and exactly as I wanted. Only reason not 5 stars, the place was rather dirty inside, rags on ground, trash was over flowing and tables weren't clean. Makes me wonder about behind the counter?

The store has gone downhill. Went yesterday and my daughter ordered pink drink and it was awful. Didn't taste anything like a pink drink and didn't even look like one.

Bad customer service this morning with the girl working the window. Asked her to repeat my drink when I pulled up because the voice box was extremely muffled and she looked at me like I was stupid or she didn't understand what I was saying. I think she got offended when I asked because she handed me back my card closed the window all fast handed me my dink after just a bit and then I said thank you. And no response and again closed the window like I was gana rob the place. Jesus...customer service dear. Work on it.

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever visit. I Spent 40 minutes in line. I order iced coconut milk mocha macchiato they gave me wrong coffee and charged $6.75 . I will never again make a purchase or support anything that has to do with Starbucks.

The slowest Starbucks , you see bunch of people working there but they just can't get it done. If you want a cup of coffee in a hurry go someplace else. The same person is the cashier, fills the order, heats up the orders and more.

I agree they don't seem so friendly at the Moore Starbucks. I showed them an award code for a discount on a drink and they couldn't get it to work so they were just going to give me the discount "anyway". And added " but another store wouldn't go through the trouble". As if it were my fault!

Very good customer service. I watched the barista Chris handle some children ordering 5 drinks off the "secret menu" with fantastic patience and competence despite the drinks being poorly communicated to him. He was polite, proceeded to our order and the drinks were great!

This Starbucks, while convenient because I pass it in the morning is not my favorite one to stop at. I usually go between 6:15-6:20am in the morning. The outside lights are never on, the menu is never illuminated the store looks closed and you get the impression they just don't want to be bothered by customers early in the morning. I always order a double shot of espresso in my drink, and probably only get a double shot 2 out of 10 times. And if you aren't first or second in line, count on about a 10-12min wait in the drive thru. While there are 2 employees I can think of right off hand that seem to care, they are only as good as the rest of the crew.

This is hands down THE SLOWEST Starbucks I have ever been to. I live in Moore, so I'm here often. I can honestly say that it doesn't matter the day or time. You will always end up waiting much longer than you'd like. It's usually not even worth it. Not to mention the fact that rarely acknowledge or apologize for it.

This Starbucks had got to be the slowest Starbucks in the OKC area! Honestly, we got in line at. 6:50pm and did not get our two drinks until 725!!! There was only 4 cars in front of us. There needs to be a change or another coffee shop needs to open on 19th street!

Almost always busy, but the line moves pretty fast. Only complaint I have is that one night we showed up at 10pm, and they were already closed. Their hours are supposed to be until 10:30.

Get Whatchu Give. If you walk into this store and treat these people like a**holes, you're gonna get treated like a customer like that should; moved through the line quickly. If you're kind, they return that kindness, they'll eventually remember your name/drink.<br/><br/>They are great workers, and great baristas, and half the time I'm in there... you get that person who must wake up in the morning and state, 'I think I'll be a horrid witch today! :D'<br/><br/>These people are trained to be friendly and sweet and energetic at ungodly hours in the morning -- they will ask you questions to make sure your latte is correct. It's a starbucks. Each drink takes time, if you want something filled with sugar and pumped out from a bag filled with powder -- 7-11 is peachy for you.<br/><br/>I visit this store at least once a week, and I can honestly say the baristas that work there are funny, kind, and there to help!

What you come to expect. I have found this starbucks to be one of the friendliest and cleanest in the okc metro area. the quality is always there and i appreciate the variety of snacks & other food items they now offer.

This starbucks is one of the best in Oklahoma in my opinion! It has a loft enviroment and yet I'd not to fancy. I truly enjoyed my coffee experience there.

Its just off. Okay the coffee, the employees, and the atmosphere is off at this starbucks, i guess its the location and the clients in there, its more like dunkin donuts scene in there, why build a starbucks across from a trailer park is beyond me, i will go to norman to have my starbucks ( which for some reason has more flavor) and peace.
