Donut Delight

ITgey have good donuts, however the customer service is less than welcoming. To add to this I politely asked I could take my 4 yr old grandson if I could used the restroom because he had to use the bathroom and she said no. So much for helping a child get toilet trained. If they don't want customers to use the restroom they should not have a restroom sign!

This is the best donut shop I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. The owner has a genuine appreciation for his customers and adapts his business to suit his customers unlike any other donut shop I've been to; thats why Delight is my family's once a week donut spot and when have friends and family visiting we always like to take them by "our" donut shop. And it doesn't hurt that the donuts are always fresh and taste great!

A lot of my friends recommended Delight Donuts to me. They said "the donuts are really good and the people are really nice" I went in last Saturday for the first time. A young girl with pretty blue eyes was working. When I came in it was pretty busy the employees seemed nice and customers were recommending a lot of stuff to me. Saying "this place was amazing". When it was time to order I had a fairly small order, there was a customer behind me I tried to finish as fast as I could. I was trying to make small talk an asked her "how her day was going"? She srarted complaining. About cashiers being rude to her, and won't do their job. How she is the only one who cleans, and how all the guy cashiers flirt with her. I was completely shocked as none of my friends mentioned the cashiers were unprofessional. I tried to comfort her, saying "the place looks nice and was really clean. She continued saying "she can't even use the restroom without seeing cockroaches" and how the boss does nothing to take care of this situation. When I left I was conflicted. An I also noticed the customer behind me left after hearing what she said. So me and my friends came in on a weekday it was clean the cashier was so polite. I gave Delight donuts a five start. The donuts were really good, but my experience with the worker was a bad one. All of my friends aren't sure if we're going to eat here again as according the employee the boss can't manage his business correctly.
