The service I have received here among the years that I’ve visited dfo is honestly the best. I’m not just saying this, but I personally use to stop off before work just to get coffee here. I’m now moving and just wanted to thank the girls who work here for their incredible customer service, the yummy cookies and AMAZING coffee. No one has been able to top them in my books. So THANK YOU for all your hard work and efforts.

Love love love this place! The staff here were very welcoming and really made me feel like I wasn’t just another customer, such genuinely good people and the coffee was great too! My new favourite spot for sure!

Go to Gloria Jean's around the corner instead! Avoid it altogether. I would have rather rated zero stars. Sat down for some coffees and needed 50ml warm water for baby formula. Owner rudely refused and said we had to pay for it.

Rude and arogont staff stat arguing with me for a simple cookie order. Please train your staff it is disgusting to have stff like this. Please avoid this shop when ever possibel. Shop owner must be encouraging thus type of behavior.

I have come to this cafe on multiple occasions and have never had anything bad to say about it. They are always busy and looking out for their customers - even received free ice cream once! People need to understand the hospitality industry isn’t easy to work in and customers need not to complain about every little thing. Just be more grateful & polite and maybe you’ll get free ice cream too !

I'm sorry this is petty but the woman working on Wednesday the 24th of March was rude and does not have patience at all. Please have a more positive customer service attitude, it was difficult to understand you but if you were nicer about it, I would not have posted this review.
