That Pizza Guy

We had the best experience at That Pizza Guy! We had booked a table inside but when we saw the tables outside so close to the nature we requested to move and a lovely girl called Gennie, made an effort to give us a great spot. We ordered the Lamb shank risotto and the Rib-eye steak, both were absolutely AMAZING, truly impeccable. Chef Gigi came to our table and we were able to thank him for beautiful meal! Staff were very friendly and helpful all the time. The atmosphere of the Venue is great and very cozy. I highly recommend the restaurant if you want to have a great full experience.

Best pizza we’ve had since arriving back in Australia. The outlook and restaurant setting is beautiful and we just love coming here. The waitstaff are always excellent, and particularly accommodating with our 3 year old daughter who enjoys the pizza as much as we do. Lovely wine, beer and cocktail list. Can’t recommend enough, a must try.

Really disappointed to have to write this review as have heard so many good reviews. My partner and I came for lunch, we ordered the rump steak and calamari to share. The rump was ordered medium rare and came out rare, it was under quality meat and tough as leather. The calamari could have been perfect yet was so over salted I couldn’t eat more than one piece. The vegetables with the rump were the same - over salted. The waitress asked us when she came to collect our plates how the meal was and I stated that it was less than average and stated the above reasons. She shrugged it off. Then as we went to pay she asked us again like she had forgotten that she had asked us. I again stated that it was not great. She brushed us off, took our money and off we went. Unfortunately we will not return for another meal, although the one star is for the beautiful decking and garden atmosphere.
