We enjoyed our lunch there. Although The cheeseburger was a bit salty, Overall, with other tasty burgers and chips everything was great. Try waffle chips and cocktails as well, strongly recommended 👍🏼.
I choose the berry one and I'm so happy with my choice.
Also, the atmosphere was cool and the staff was friendly.

My experience as an American trying to find good American food in Australia. This place hit the spot!
We encountered Very friendly and helpful stuff. The food was very tasty, plentiful, and we’ll presen ted! I’m picky about different foods, but I have to say I was pleasantly surprised! The waffle fries were just the right amount of crispy without being over cooked which I find many places have difficultly with. The wings were loaded with flavor. The cornbread wasn’t dry which is another thing I find many places struggle with. I’ve had theses foods elsewhere and many times left disappointed. Not this time. Overall, the food, the drink, and stuff made us future visitors.

Good beer selection. Good energy & tunes. Friendly staff - to get you seated. Order online via phonea - not a big fan personally... But that's cool.
Brisket platter on Brisket Special night took close to an hour (maybe were under staffed or under the pump..) Flavour didn't blow our mind. Burgers looked good.

I'm a self confessed low n' slow romantic. The enduring love of keeping the heat just right over many hours so the collagen melts into a gelatinous sensation is a process few humans would ever truly understand.
So on a Tuesday whislt holidaying in Mooloolaba, finding Brisket night at Dirty Moes seemed like a sign from the heavens, unfortunately it more mere mortal than godly.
Anyone who knows a great brisket will know that "the bark" shows the true labour of love. The seasoned rub penetrates the outer layers leaving up to a centimetre of crispy dark goodness. Our brisket, although super tender, didn't display the ring of crunchy bark one longs for.
Also the smoke had more of secondary added "liquid smoke" taste, rather than that labour intensive, sixteen hour, hard wood, smokey taste.
As much as I admire Ben & Tiago's ethos for traditional old school American south soul food, I'm not sure cooking for the masses allows for the golden touch required for a authentic result.
Sides Note:
The coleslaw was super soppy and lacked crunch.

Stopped into Dirty Moe's for a sneaky late night feed and was not disappointed. The ambience of the place was chilled, the food was nice and the beers were cold. Serious staff were lovely and talkative. Food quickly arrived at the table...
The green beans on the menu were the diamond in the rough of food. They were al dente, the flavour was devine and the serving size was great.

Really nice lunch specials every day, including weekends! The service was fairly quick, though you had to order and pay online.

Got the pork and bacon roast with Mac n cheese and cheesy garlic bread, more than enough for 2 people! Absolutely divine pork and garlic bread with some very rich mac n cheese. Definitely worth the money for amazing food in a rustic but classy themed restaurant.

We ordered take away. As soon as we ordered, we were told to go outside. The food was not bed, but not great. Hardly any meat on the ribs, the brisket burger, too much mustard and too little flavour. The chilli cheese chips however, were great.
