Never again. I fully understand nothing looks like the menu representation. This is the poorest excuse for "loaded pub fries" I have come across. This restaurant is trash. Don't waste your money here. Spend it at another establishment where the employees take pride in their work, products, and service they perform.

The Jacks in Moody at one time was one of my favorite Jacks locations. We eat at Jacks very frequently, as my mother is home bound and likes their food. Over the last several months I have seen a huge decline in service and quality. I am never given a receipt any more when I go through drive through. I asked for one and was told that they could not give me a receipt. The last several times my order has been wrong. The chicken fingers have been very disappointing when I got them home. Tiny dried up. Went inside to order to go recently because line was not moving outside, workers were there, however they were talking among themselves and not waiting on customers. I was not the only person that left without ordering. Tonight not only was my order wrong, I was also charged the wrong price and was not given a receipt. I do not know if management has changed over the last several months, but something definitely has changed. I hope the problems here are fixed soon.

this experience was the worst experience i have EVER had at a jack’s. the tables are all extremely dirty. the management was no help to the line of 8 customers. my family wasn’t served for 5 minutes. the woman taking our order, shelby, got our entire order wrong and when she was corrected, we then received our order and it was all wrong. the food was poor quality and i will never be returning during breakfast time again.

Food was not good. Hash rounds tasted like dirty grease. Sausage patties weren't cooked constantly. One sausage patty was cooked down to the size of a fifty cent piece. Requested sauce was not given and our drinks were filled to the top with ice, so we basically only got like three or four swallows of soda.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. The managers and staff were so rude and disrespectful. They got none of our drinks and food correct. And ignored us when we asked for the correct food. They literally just kept doing other stuff when we were calling for them. The food looks disgusting as well. Do not waste your time or money. This place needs new management.
