Huddle House

Don't know where to begin. Parking lot trashy, Bins overflowing. Staff nice but dressed like they just left an AA meeting. Goodwill has nice clothes you can throw away after wearing to work or donate to your local animal shelter… Along with the ones you were wearing today. Next waited over half an hour for my order, had to correct twice and they still got it wrong. People don't serve food you wouldn't eat yourself...see pics. They cooked the eggs before the bacon and hash browns and eggs just sat there waiting ...they forgot the pancake and by the time I got my order everything was cold. People had eaten and left whilst I waited. This was a MVP breakfast. They need to get it together they look like gerbils running around doing nothing. OH and in the middle of my order they changed shift cooks. Never again

Me and my daughter stopped in today around 2:30 PM staff was switching over whatever waitress came in looked like she had just pulled herself out of the bed, zero personality, never received refills-we were the only two in the entire restaurant except for those coming and getting orders to go! our food finally came to the table it was not even warm by no means, grits tasted like water, daughters burger had nothing on it but patty cheese & pickle, her fries were cold & not fresh by no means, my bacon looked straight from the fridge tossed on the plate & covered up, had to ask the waitress twice to get extra condiments that she failed to bring, again offered no refills. she was maybe 45 minutes into her shift and already sitting at a table at the far end of the restaurant near the restrooms on her cell phone. the tables were disgusting, ours was cleaned off when we arrived but it was so sticky it was absolutely disgusting and honestly I cannot believe that I chose to stay there I waited for her to at least bring me my bill that never happened when I finally went to the register she didn’t have anything to say to me whatsoever I paid and got the heck out of there I will never come back to this location it is absolutely nasty! If this particular waitress was working for tips I have no idea how she survives and it was not just her it was the entire place absolutely gross!!

Both young ladies working were very nice; especially the nice young woman with the point tail and glasses ( her name tag was flipped) who took out order, professional, and courteous; even though short staffed. The biggest notice was, even while waiting and bussing other tables, she was able to watch and see befits i needed my refill, to already replace it.. Excellent customer service.. Will gladly return.

We were looking forward to sitting down, relaxing and having a good meal after a chaotic day of last minute Christmas shopping. The service was very good BUT, as we were waiting for our food, we decided it was just too cold in the restaurant to stay and eat. We ended up getting our food to go and sitting in our car, in the parking lot to eat as we were almost 50 miles from home. The food was just ok, not the best we've had there nor the worst. We asked for extra gravy for the biscuits, never happened. Our biggest complaint was how cold the restaurant was, people who have Arthritis and Fibromyalgia as I do and who are on blood thinners as my husband is can not take the temperature they keep this restaurant at.
