Burger King

I went to try their new Impossible Burger. I was not impressed with the burger, the bun or the limp veggie garnishes. Interestingly, they have a table service area upstairs - they have menus and someone comes to the table to take your order. Then a number is placed on your table for delivery of your order - it comes in a takeout bag. You must pay at order so not a typical waiter service. I did not see people tipping and it was more for avoiding the line downstairs. I'm not sure that it was more efficient. Cleanliness looked lacking. I did not see anyone cleaning tables between diners - maybe I missed it? 😉

Employees screaming and being overall rude to the costumers (a lot of them clearly not from NYC / USA). I know it gets frustrating when you call out a name or number and nobody answers but, for god sake, please try to be nice and comprehensive, it's not that hard. It's a shame that almost all fast food retailers on the way to time square are small & have poor costumer service. The food is what you expect, it's junk food that gets you full.
