Wasabi Restaurant

Wassabi has been our go-to place for a number of years, but not very happy today as our order was lost and I was left with not having a very good feeling that the manager was all that concerned that our order was lost despite the fact I had a confirmation number for the order. Nothing was offered in compensation for losing our order wasting our time trying to find that order. I asked him to take the confirmation number and locate what the order was as I hadn't placed the order. He went so far as to stop assisting me as I stood around waiting on him and moved on to other things.

We enjoyed our date night at this cozy and quirky restaurant. The menu has a wide variety of options. We enjoyed some sushi as an appetizer. I had Chicken and Shrimp Tempura and she had Teriyaki Chicken. The sauces were mild and flavorful. The portions were large enough to fill us and leave us ready for desert. We had fried ice cream that was delicious. This place also has a Sushi Bar you can just sit down and eat at.

The sweet and sour chicken was perfect, small crispy and tasty.. pork fried rice does not look or taste appetizing- I added soy sauce, scrambled egg and diced up a fried chicken breast = delish! Beef lo mein was ok? Had better at Krystal Vy Collings Lakes 15 minutes away. Also she said 15 minutes, and I waited 40. They had a sign to excuse the slowness because nobody wants to work they had minimal staff, well then if you know you are not fully staffed enough on New Year’s Eve then you tell them at least an hour wait not 15 minutes just to get my money and get me there! Gave me NO chop sticks 🙄

My fiance decided to order here tonight instead of us messing up our kitchen to cook our family dinner . It was ready on time and very my fresh . They accommodated how I wanted my sushi as well ! Which was amazing because I'm super picky when it comes to sushi . By the way . That was amazing too. I ordered the Alaskan roll with cream cheese , sesame chicken , and fried rice . Thank y'all for the good food and constant hard work !!!!! I will definitely be recommending you guys as well as returning . The portions are HUGE and the price is good . !

Ordered chicken katsu dinner. Chicken undercooked and slimey, the breading literally slid off the chicken if you picked it up. He ginger salad was send without the ginger dressing and they forgot the rice. I called the restaurant and asked for the manager and was told he wasn’t there so I asked when he would be there. They say they don’t know and haven’t seen him in a long time and couldn’t call him because they didn’t know his number. This is terrible. Other food had issues but not as aggregious so no point beating a dead horse. This place used to be decent but the quality has been noticeably slipping for a long time. FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO EAT PLEASE.
