Kfc

I've not been to a KFC location in quite some time. Mainly due to my schedule and location. Wife and I decided today we'd try the one on Monroe Ga. Absolutely astounded at the service I received. The phrase "Service with a smile" has never been more well defined than what I experienced today. Three very friendly ladies, All with smiles on their faces greeted me when I arrived. Very helpful and social. Order placed and received very quickly and (most important) accurately. If the corporate folks actually do read these reviews, please thank these employees and then clone them for employ at every one of your stores. I haven't received a pleasant experience like this in (quite literally) years. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

The staff is always friendly, but the food can be hit or miss. Anything from the chicken tasting old, overcooked, or not being given exactly what you ordered. I understand there may be staffing issues, but things should always be done in the best interest of the customer. I understand customers are hard to please, but if you got a quality product with no mistakes every time people would be willing to wait.

This is by far the worst kfc ive ever been to. Stay away from the location.. I would have gave it no stars but had to pick one star just to make the review. As you can see the mac an cheese was burnt and the gravy was runny brown water with chunks in it. Potatoes was watery with hard yellow clumps in the middle chicken was cold and stale needles to say we didnt taste anything but from looking at it im sure it was discusting. Staff is rude the man david was yelling because he forgot my gravy and the lady that took my order was high on something. I couldnt even understand her so horrible food and staff. Will be calling health department tomorrow for sure.
