Captain D's

This is an awesome place to eat, sometimes you get great service, and sometimes you don't, but I believe if this location had the right staff, they could be one of the best restaurants around, I give a five star rating on the food, but the staff I'll give a three star rating, they need new staff. The food at times is under cooked and other times it's over cooked. But I believe if they had staff that would actually watch the food when it was cooking the food would be much better, but I blame it on the managers on site, the managers don't care as long as they get the food out, there's a lot of room for improvement at all locations.

We ordered the 2 piece fish and 24 shrimp platters. The fish and shrimp both tasted prebattered and frozen. There were no chips with the fish. The sides were very skimpy servings. For the $$ the quality was not good. The staff was friendly, but it will be a long time before we eat at this Captain D's again.

Captain D's is one of my favorite restaurants and normally I would give it 5 stars. However not tonight. I am not at all happy with the food that i received. I ordered a deluxe seafood platter and i received a 2 pieces of fish, cold french fries, and some cole slaw. No shrimp, hushpuppies, or the stuffed crabs.

Good customer service! Fish was hard on outside wet between fish n batter¡ Was not pleased with the fishy smell or texture¡ They got me¡ First time I went about 2 months ago had a wonderful meal! Fish was good, service was good. So I did a good review. The last 2 times I went not so good¡ Decided I'm done.
