Update 5/29/2022: Went here yesterday after work at about 7:00PM to purchase a medium chocolate shake. I went inside, as inside usually is better for me because i don't have to reach for anything. I was helped right away, and ordered a medium chocolate shake and a mcchicken sandwich with small fries. the total was $8.09. Not bad. Also the food was ready right away! perfect for fast food service! Will be back again if i have a chocolate shake craving! Been here pre Covid and post COVID, for the most part, i had a good experience here. Went here yesterday to pick up a medium Shamrock Shake, and a small fries. This time i went inside, because it is easier. Something to bear in mind is that their drive through is always busy, and sometimes it is better to go inside. Went inside, was helped right away, i gave them my order and it was ready as soon as i placed it! easy and fun experience, will be back for another shamrock shake soon!

This McDonald's in Monroe NY is the best. Kind service from all in the drive through and your never missing any items. I work in Monroe and live in Montgomery NY. I would ALWAYS prefer to go to this McDonald's instead because they are sooooooo much nicer, professional and give care to your food ordered. It matters always.

I picked up a payed mobile order and had to pay a second time up front at the window. When I tried to explain that I had the email received for it the manager refused to give me a refund me and told me to contact my bank. I have both the receipts and email as well, this was very horrible customer service.
