Sitting here on Sunday afternoon July 3 2022. We got here at 5:30pm it is now 6:03 pm and we still HAVE NOT taken our order. Fast food in 2022 is not even worth it. If you can’t call in a order or make a reservation somewhere you can forget it.

I can't complain. Most places automatically put cheese on my burgers even when I ask them not to, but this Wendy's got my order right on the first try. Other places have set the bar super low though. 😁

Maybe we came at a bad time, but the food was awful. It seemed liked the burgers were made ahead of time since the tomato and buns were soggy. AND the customer service was much the same, our cashier hardly said a word to us. This is the reason we very rarely have fast food!

The whole lot of them need to be fire and the store needs to revamped with all new employees. I just witness the most negligent thing every in my life a young man came in for a interview because they are so short staffed. They constantly ignored his phone calls after he went to the drive thur window and explained to them he was there for his interview. This is beyond Ridiculous and someone needs to take accountability for such poor attitude and Intentional neglect. If you cannot fill staff because of your ignorant behavior then you the current employee’s are definitely the problem. Shut them down and re-staff your establishment Wendy’s this is the reason your store will continue to get bad reviews and lack of customers. FIX THE PROBLEM and get your GM involved, I mean that’s his job to make people accountable for their actions. BTW I will never revisit this location EVER!!!

The manager here needs to teach everyone here manners and how to talk to people. Rude as hell and when you ask for extra sauces or napkins it's a problem and you get attitude. The one girl that was running the window I wanted to reach thru and slap the taste out her mouth.

One of the fastest fast-food restaurants in the area. The food tasted great. (You've absolutely got to try dipping your fries in a chocolate frosty! YUUUuuuum!

They're working hard to serve but they usually seem overwhelmed. Typically a long wait for drive thru. Not sure if they're using most time efficient techniques or perhaps they're not a fluid team?

Do not waste your time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 43 minutes from the time I got in drive through line until I left. And once you make it past a certain point you're a prisoner, you can't get out of the line. Food wasn't fresh either, soggy, dry, un appetizing. Seriously. This location is absolutely horrible. Go anywhere else but here
