The door was locked, but the open sign was on. The sign said they were open until 10. If you’re going to close early please turn your open light off.

First time dealing with this shop and I must say Anna the manager went above and beyond to make my experience 5 stars. She was very helpful and pleasant. You are very lucky to have her as an employee, especially these days. Thank u.

can only give the two stars because they one didn’t have the flavors that were advertised on their menu website. Secondly, they were totally out of waffle cones, but that’s a big deal. Lastly their ice cream was weird. It wasn’t creamy like regular ice cream is was almost chunky like.

I really can’t even give them 1 star, first the girl taking our order needed to hear it 5 times and she still didn’t get it right. The ice cream was frozen burn and the banana split the put in a one scoop cup and she said we fit it all in there but of course you can’t fit a banana split in a one scoop container. We also asked for extra pecans and not one. I am going back to speak to a manager . This was so disappointing and the girl was rude!!!

Our baseball team came in this afternoon and the young lady who was alone there did a fabulous job getting all of our orders done in such quick and polite fashion. Impressive! Ice cream was great!

Large hard piece of black plastic found near the bottom of my fresh packed container. Tried calling store 5 times and no answer. Sent FB message too. Trying to report the issue has been a joke, can't reach anyone.

I went tonight with my mom to get ice cream and the guy who was working there tonight was extremely rude, asked if we could get a double scoop of chocolate and he yelled at us that we don't have double chocolate we tried explaining to him we don't want double chocolate and he yelled over the speaker "I SAID 5 TIMES WE DONT HAVE DOUBLE CHOCOLATE". Finally when we got across to him what we wanted he said oh ok. We got to the window and I asked for a manager and he told me no manager tonight only in the morning and I said fine I'll call in the morning, and as we were leaving he said you gonna call and I said sure am he laughed and said ok good I don't care! Definitely won't be going back to this baskin Robbins again.

They have daiquiri ice here, yum!! That's hard to find at all BR's. Service here is always quick and friendly. Shares a shop with Dunkin Donuts.
