Lots of workers ,but they are just walking around each in circles. I seen my food triple handled.
I ordered 2 piece cod fish fries and slaw,but I got 2 piece chicken mash ,and biscuit..
The girl in photo deserves a big raise she is only person awake,alert, intune, and working twice as fast as other workers. Food was good.

1. Food last two times was gross. Our wings were pink inside. The potatoes were watery thin. The gravy was skimpy and literally hard. The gravy did not move. It is gravy.
2. We are tired of not being able to dine in, so when there is a problem we can remedy the situation.
3. We always have problems ordering on the app. It never works for this store.
4. They do not honor sales from emails or app.

I went yesterday and sat in drive thru for about 7 minutes and no one answered after saying hello several times. Watched the car ahead of me get their order taken. Then get up to the window and the girl rolls her eyes and breathes hard because she has to take my order. This place is horribly slow, has rude employees, horrible guest service, they need to retrain ALL their employees. Went across the street to Dairy Queen and was greeted immediately and with respect.

Ordered two orders of chicken tenders this afternoon. Told us to pull up front it would be 3 minutes. 10 minutes later we got delivered really hot undercooked chicken that was soggy. If we weren’t in a rush I would have complained. Don’t eat here ever.

This is by far the BEST experienced Ive had at this place. The team tonight was EXCELLENT! They were all friendly and prompt. Alex was awesome! She fixed my order ( I accidentally ordered the wrong meal online) and had my food ready in less than 5 mins!! Wow!!! I used to wait at least 30 mins every time., even for online orders,like everyone else is saying on the reviews. And witnessed a lot of customers complaining about having to wait 30 mins for thier food. Must be a new team and management!? Totally different from the last few times I've been here a few months back. Will keep coming back if they keep this team.

In all fairness, we were there early, shortly after they opened, I guess. No hours were posted, so who knows? We went through the drive thru. We asked when the dining room was open and were told it was open. We told the guy that the doors were locked, and he said he would unlock them. We went around, waited for him to unlock and went in. The floors, mats by doors and counter were all dirty. Every table and most benches needed to be wiped off. They apparently don't clean when closing the night before. The food was ok... typical KFC. The guy who waited on us was polite. We heard him tell a coworker he wished he could get more hours. Maybe he can make good use of his time when he is there.

Seriously the LONGEST drive thru I have ever experienced. Plus, why does this location's prices reflect something different than what's advertised on TV and at other locations? I thought it was called a $20 Fill Up, not a $25.29 Fill Up?
Ordered 3 KFC boxes, didn't get a cookie, honey or butter in any of them.
Never coming again!

The drive thru line was a bit slow, but the food makes up for it. The prices are higher than are reflected on the website, but not by too much. It's definitely cheaper and quicker than using door dash.
