Firehouse Subs

My son stopped by after work. His Italian sub didn't have the seasonings on it. My Hook & Ladder had pepperoni & oil & vinegar added ( shouldn't have) so much my sandwich fell apart & was soggy. Young man making sandwiches dropped half of someone's sandwich on floor trying to wrap & put in container. Other workers made comments like he had done before. Worst sandwich ever. Not worth $16 a piece. Most likely last time we go back. I did love the Hook & Ladder.

Yesterday I called for my order to be picked up when I got there my order was by the pick up orders I walked over to pay for it and the girl said is there anything else you need I said yes I need to pay for my order she said u already did when you order on line I said I didn't I called in for it to be picked up while I was paying for my order I said you know I could have walked in grabbed my order and walked out without paying but I don't want the person that took my order to get it taken out of her pay she made a mistake and I'm an honest person

Cost of the average food is way too high plus a tip we could have easily eaten in a full service restaurant for less, we came in for the hope of a good sandwich, which it was, fast service, which it wasn't, and a fair price,which it certainly wasn't. It cost $$33 plus tip for 2 medium sub combos. That will be our last time in a Firehouse restaurant anywhere. Your employees deserve better treatment, I overheard some comments, and your customers deserve better, lower your price!

Excellent food. Trainee on the order line so that took a minute. Just MY opinion but I think training should be done during off hours and exercised with live customers with a supervisor present. That's not what happened. Anyway the food was great. We've been long time customers and will continue to be
