We ordered a couple of takeaway meals from KFC Mona Vale tonight and it was frustrating and annoying when we got home to find out that an error was made and we were short on the order. I rang the Manager very irate and gave him an absolute blast - but instead of deflecting or defending, he apologised and said he would rectify the situation and offered us a make up order. When we got back there to pick up the meal, he had added a few extra items and had the staff member who made the error come out to the window and apologise. We are all human and we make mistakes - it’s how we rectify those errors that count and I was blown away by the true professionalism and great customer service that the Manager and his staff showed in trying to right the wrong they made. Well done guys!

If I tried to run a KFC badly this place would be my model. I can only presume it comes from bad management and poor staff training. The orders are usually wrong and the staff don't really care. Today we played the "how will they get it wrong game". Sure enough, our order of burger and nuggets was short 2 nuggets. It was funny for everyone in the car so I guess we'll come again for a laugh. It never fails.

Just paid $20.45 for and up-sized 3pc feed + extra 2pcs (5pc total). The cheapskates put in 4 small drumsticks out of 5 pieces total; I've never seen that anywhere. Had I realised in store, I would have returned the order. Also chips were stale, so I binned those. I wish i hadn't gone. How do they get it so wrong? Do they not think about return business or even just doing the right thing for someone who's paid good money? Don't waste your time with Mona Vale KFC! Either find another KFC or consider an alternative takeaway. KFC Mona Vale is terrible!
