They were out of a new menu item...should they have temporarily removed it from the menu? My buzzer activated indicating my order was ready. I set the buzzer on the counter. This was wrong and the lady behind the counter told me to put it in the basket on the table. When I looked up, she was walking away. I assumed the two meals on the counter were mine; because she never said they were, nor did she tell me to enjoy, have a nice day or the like.
The food is fine but that employee left me feeling she just assumed no one came in at all.

I did the pick up for my food, I went inside and went to the area the app told me to be. I see on the screen that they are still working on my order. My app tells me the order is ready, my name goes away On the screen I was looking at but I still don't seem my food. Wait a couple minutes still no food, I walked up to the counter where you get your food and NO ONE WILL ACKNOWLEDGE ME. I finally spoke kinda loud a couple of times to get someone to talk to me. A girl takes my name and looks over and asks someone to check the bag that was sitting in a counter, and I finally get my food.
If your not going to use the area that is set up for that please at least have your staff acknowledge/greet the guest when they have a lost look or need to ask a question.

Forgot the meat on our salads. Noticed when we got home. Called. Yah we’ll remake it. No apologies. No lunch is on us. Just here are your remakes. With the cost of gas I guess I better go to Chick Fillet. Better salad, better chicken, lower price!! Hmmmmm

Panera's food is always great. This restaurant is not different. The dining area is open. However, COVID precautions are in effect: space very limited and tables are far apart.

Tried curbside pickup for the first time, ordered at 12:25pm, said my order would be ready at 12:59pm. All of the curbside parking spots were taken (3 of the vehicles didn't even have people in them), I arrived at 12:58, checked in, and waited for about 15 minutes. I finally decided to call but couldn't get a real person on the phone. Went inside and stood there for about 5 minutes, I finally got someone's attention, and they told me they were running about 20 minutes behind. I went back out to my car and waited for another 10 minutes until they finally brought my food out. My bread bowl wasn't even cut.. What's the point of ordering ahead if you're just going to have to sit in your car and wait for 30 minutes? I understood that they were busy, but don't say my food will be ready at a certain time, when it won't be. Also, if I'm paying over $13 for a you pick 2 meal, my bread bowl better be cut, I mean come on....

I ordered delivery for a friend. It was a bit of a wild ride, but Tara took charge and turned what would have been a horrible experience into an excellent one. I would go here anytime just because of the customer service I received from her.

Never disappointed! The sandwich choices are ever-changing with fresh ingredients and yummy soups. Unfortunately, we usually get there when their baked goods are almost gone--that's how good they are!

Ordered a grilled cheese with chips and a bowl of Chicken & Wild Rice soup with a baguette. When I collected the meal, they gave me a bowl of Broccoli & Cheese soup. When I brought the bowl of soup back, I was told they didn’t have any Chicken & Wild Rice soup and took it upon themselves to replace it with the Broccoli & Cheese soup without asking. I told them I would like Chicken Noodle soup as a replacement. I was handed half a bowl of soup versus a whole bowl as a replacement. In addition, they never gave me the chips with the Grilled Cheese. I’ll never frequent this restaurant again. The cashier was wonderful, but the food server couldn’t be bothered satisfying customer needs. Mediocre food at a cost.
