“Welcome to Culvers. What can we make fresh for you today?”. All of that just to receive a dry, unseasoned, room temperature patty that didn’t even melt the cheese! Not to mention that lettuce, tomato & onion are an extra charge. Why?
(The young ladies who took my order were why I gave the 2nd star!)

Very immaculate restaurant, they have a ton of variety to choose from, the tables are always clean, and the staff are very friendly. I really enjoy coming here to eat some fantastic burgers.

Worst customer service ever , took my 18 dollars off my card and was getting everyone else their food. Produced no food. I left. They stole my 18 bucks. You can’t make this stuff up , now incompetent management says they wanna send me coupons. And keep my money. Never go there dishonest company.

Staff was really rude! They answer with attitude. When I corrected my order, because they put it in wrong, they scoffed at me. When I got home to eat my meal, my burger was completely crushed and my fries were half empty and just thrown in upside down! Terrible service!

I always go to Culver's great menu. Good choice if you need a lower calorie menu. They have options.

Culver's is always on their game. Staff is always polite and food is always fresh. Dining area is always clean at this location.

This is the second time in the last month or so they haven’t included my sons cheese curds. Which we pay extra for. For some reason they put fries in the bag which we didn’t order. And my other son ordered a plain chicken sandwich and it had lettuce and tomato on it. We go to Culver’s and pay a hefty premium for the food partially for the order accuracy and partially for better quality food. I guess we’ll have to give up on the drive thru altogether.
