Maid-rite

My Maid Rites were cold and I had to microwave them and poorly prepared? I tried to call 2 hours before close to place an order and they were not answering the phones at all. The cook didn’t cook any of the meal. The young lady that took my order cooked my meal and was waiting on four different orders by herself.

One of the worst restaurant experiences we have ever had. In the group of 7 of us we have experienced 100s of different dining locations from gas stations to 4 star steak houses. There server held her composure very well and handled our issues as well as we ever could have asked, but if they had management that knew what they were doing our issues never would have happened. My burger had spoiled tomatoes, my brother in-laws and father-laws did as well. My wife got spoiled loose meat sandwich, and so did my nephew. Our experience was very off putting at best. If you desire good food at a good price, save your money and runaway from here.

Went just before 11am on Father's Day. Sat down and there were several hairs on the table of the booth we sat at. We had no greeting nor indication would would ever helped until we flagged someone down after 15 minutes. Restaurant wasn't very busy at all. Finally once helped the young waitress informed us that the Maid-Rite hamburger meat was just burned so they are not going to be good sandwiches if ordered. After planning this outing ahead of time only to be let down in every way, we walked out. Everything that could go wrong did go wrong and it just wasn't worth it. I hate to leave these reviews on smaller businesses but it was an experience nobody should have. I get the labor market is tight so maybe take out only should be put in place if the experience is going to be this poor. The restaurant is a desperate need of cleaning/renovation as well.
