I know I'm about to start something... but I just don't care anymore! I worked here for about 2 1/2 months and I have personal family issues plus another part time job.. this place wrongfully terminated me under FALSE pretences without even consulting in the office with me just gave me the run around for these last TWO WEEKS! I thought they were more understandable but they're all screwy ESPECIALLY management!! I'd give 0 stars if I could because its ridiculous, all the customers liked me and I loved working there along side with everyone but it's just the last straw..

I have been coming here for a very very long time even before they remodeled.. this morning i came to return some scratch tickets that I won on. Equaling to 75$ .. the worker only gave me $67 . First she said she can't give me cash for the ones that won "ticket" I said okay I'll take the (2) that where tickets which equaled to $6 .. which $67 + $6 doesn't even equal $75.. anyways .. she told me to wait in the back of the line . Yes she was busy so I did as she asked . Then when I got to the front she told me go to the back again!! I told her no I'm not doing that again my son has school it's not my fault the machine clearly says I won $75 what's the problem . She said she has been working for 711 for 12 years she knows how it works . What in the world does that have to do with anything ?!!!! I did win $75!! Anyways again that's not my whole point I just dropped it and just wanted to pay for my iced coffee and the worker just walks away to help the other costumer !!!! I told her I would like to pay for my coffee and she proceeded to tell me go to the back again . Who does that to a costumer !!?? If she can't handle it being busy maybe she shouldn't be working alone ! And if she supposedly worked there for 12 years how come she CANT COUNT OR FO HER JOB RIGHT OR EVEN TREAT HER costumers nicely! I was nice the whole time until I realized she was being so nice to everybody except for me. I'm so mad I also asked to speak to the manager and she just ignored me and I literally was watching people walk out the store without paying for there items. this lady did not care! I know people have bad days but everytime I go she's such a grump not a good look for costumer service 711!!;

I went in looking for diet soda as most restaurants I had gone throughout the week we're out of it. It was busy when I walked in but the young lady who was the cashier at the time was so efficient and friendly with customers. When I went to the counter to check out there was a line again, and as it was my turn she asked if I had a rewards membership and I let he know I didn't. Since there was a line I didn't want to hold it up, so I didn't ask but seconds later she asked if I'd like to sign up so I say yes! And while I was getting my card situated she started checking people out in the counter next to me to speed things up. It was amazing! I didn't see her name, but otherwise would recommend a trip here for snacks or ⛽ gasoline.

This store…. The women who work here are so rude! Like I would literally give this store 0 stars if I could! We made 3 money orders at this store needed to cash them and the one older lady who works in the morning told us we could bring them back in and she would cash them then proceeded to tell us no and to come back after doing so we called about 20x they kept answering and hanging up! So we decided to go into the store and see if they answered and the woman literally took the phone off of the hook! 😦 like right in front of us! How do these people even work here! And why would you work somewhere you can’t preform decent customer service!! GET NEW PEOPLE TO WORK HERE! This females are out of hand!
