Employees are the coolest! So down to earth. But... I have to say this is the slowest location of them all. This is the closet to my house but I usually go farther to another location because of the wait times here. Has to be a management thing because I frequent many a extremely busy Starbucks all over California.

Quick, efficient and accurate! At least when I had a 9am ish pickup on a Tuesday. Oh and to make that much better they had the syurp that rarely any Starbucks has available anymore so better bonus... got my favorite drink!

Tired of you guys closing the store but leaving the online mobile order app on. I waited 15 minutes to send my husband and you guys have doors locked. In that case manager Jackie should know how to turn off online order so people are not upset about waisting time..... I have had this happen before and just knock in the door but never had a manager send me around through the drive through when my order is done and paid for... ridiculous and I come here everyday. I really wonder what type of management this store is coming to...

They messed up on my Starbucks order & I did not want to be that person & hold the line up so I decided to park up & go inside only to find out they had the doors locked….. they saw me trying to open the door, drink in my hand and just nodded said they’re closed .. it’s 2PM…. They close at 10:30PM ???? 🤔
They couldn’t come up to the door to awknowlege what I needed. Rude! I just spent my money here too!!! I guess they expected me to wait in line for another 30 mins just so they can get my drink right 🤦🏽♀️ Lame.. no mobile orders nor dine in available. Only when they want it to be…. Two less customers they’ll be having ☺️

I dont have a car,totally disappointed 😔 I went there by walk to place an order, lobby was colsed in the afternoon i went to drive thru they said u have to be in car to place an order😂😂. These mother fukkers want me to spend thousands on 🚗 car to buy a 5 dollar coffe. M not going there again.

I got a large ribbon crunch I’ve had many so I have a good idea of what it taste like but you guys put way to much ice in this thing I was drinking mostly ice and it made it water down like man

We had a big order for pick up went through the driveway but the lady at the speaker apparently didn’t like it and told us to park so why give me the option to pick up in drive thru if your going to make me go inside?

Every time I come to this Starbucks the make my drink wrong. They are friendly employees but are slow. The wait here is always long. The hours never match what they say online. Close the lobby randomly. Never have certain ingredients. I work at G3 and this Starbucks is in the G3 shopping center but I would rather drive further because I get better results. It’s unfortunate.
