Mountain Mike's

The pizza is usually good - up to the normal Mountain Mike’s standards. However, in the last few months I have ordered once for delivery and just now ordered for take-out. The delivery time given when I ordered the first time was an hour and a half but after two hours I called and was told that it would be another hour. Tonight I ordered online for pick up and was told that the pizza would be ready in 40 minutes. I arrived exactly 40 minutes later and was told it would be another 20 minutes minimum as the pizza had not been started yet. The staff is not rude per say but it not particularly friendly. Although I like Mountain Mike’s pizza I think this will probably be the last time I spend money at this location. Update: The pizza cake out 25 minutes later but it was only when I got home that ai realized they didn’t give me the multiple sides of ranch that we ordered and paid for. When I was leaving another man was getting angry about the wait time being far longer than what he was told. I will definitely never go back there again

It disgusts me to watch an employee go from sweeping the floors, emptying trash to handling pizzas, cutting them and putting them in boxes, all with no gloves and no masks on! All the while, it's posted in the restaurant that their employees all follow CDC guidelines and wear gloves and masks! I could see a total of 5 employees with only 1 wearing gloves. The floors are very slippery and appear to have just been waxed. I was wearing fairly new slip resistant pair of work shoes, Yet I slipped, fortunately I didn't fall. For some reason the restaurants lighting all goes off at 10 pm, not all employees apparently know how to turn the lights back on... FIX THE LIGHTING!

I got a Robbers Roost pizza, while eating it I hurt myself while biting & chewing it, I heard a loud crunch. it was a piece of bone, I put it in the plate an gave it another bite, surprise another piece of bone very sharp, I felt discomfort! I even chiped my tooth! I called them immediately, and the girl that answer the phone was very rude! And didn't care, I asked to talk to the manager and she mentioned she was a team leader or something to that, she said they were 2 leaders .... awful customer service, she should not be a team leader. Or pseudo manager. She thought I was someone else that called yesterday, obviously they have these kind of issues all the time. Be aware! And be very careful when you eat pizza at this place.

Every time I order here nobody knows what they’re doing. my order always comes out wrong and once it was not even cooked fully… The managers had no presence in helping resolve my order just a young lady who was struggling to fix it. Also I saw a driver smoking something in a company car. I will not trust these people again. Awful.

I work in same parking lot as mountain mikes and they said 45 minute delivery- which my lunch started in one hour.. after one hour and fifteen minutes I called them.. i was told the driver was only one who knew when it would be delivered… I work at the only gas station within miles and driver had no idea where we were by looking at the name of this company… like I said we are IN THE SAME PARKING LOT…

Was promised delivery at 5:11. Called at 5:27 and was told the pizza was just coming out of the oven, we would have it in 10 minutes. Called again at 5:47, spoke with a manager. Got the run around and was told another 10 minutes, driver was on his way. Finally got delivery at 5:55 - and had to pay a delivery fee. Worst customer service - pizza is not that good that it is worth the hassle of dealing with incompetent people.

Been going here for years and never had a problem until recently. They have the worst customer service of all the mountain Mike's stores. Was told our pizza would be 45 minutes tonight and showed up exactly 45 minutes. We were told to wait outside and ended up waiting a whole extra hour for our pizza. Saw people with numbers after mine coming and going. Nobody informed us of how much longer it would be they just kept saying coming right out. Then when we finally got our pizza, we got no apology for the wait what so ever. Won't be going back.
