I Like to order my nuggets fresh but they made them re cooked and were hard. I'll wait if I have to this is not ok.

Did online order for curbside service. When we notified them we were there, the response was that we would get our order-two coffees only- in 5 minutes. After 13 minutes my niece went in to get our order. Flagged down an employee returning from bathroom, coffees yes.
Hot? No.
Save your time, get proper food, go to another McDonalds.

They are pretty speedy for sure, however I had to go back cause they didn't give me my fries(4 bucks now for a lg fry)[Krazy!!] But other than that food was hot and staff is friendly enough. 4 out of 5 for not getting the whole order correct though$

Tried using their kiosk but worker couldn't help with scanning my phone. Ordered my food, friendly staff and order was correct.
73 degrees outside and definitely warmer inside, no air ventilation.
Corner where we were seated had a horrible smell. Seats looked dirty.

You could be unhappy if you're in a hurry. Cashier said that it is always busy. Fifth in line and it took over 20 minutes to reach the pay window. They weren't using the numbered stalls that some McDonald's use to keep the lines moving. Food was hot and the order was correct.

Bad enough I've gotta check my bags to make sure I got what I payed for. Now I have to start checking the burgers to see if they even bothered to finish it and put meat on it. Now I'm out the money and out the food because I'm all the way home and can't go back because my little one is in bed.

Everytime I go to this McDonald’s I ask them if thier fries are hot and every single time - no matter what time of day- they are always cold. Like tonight when I asked she said I don’t know so I reached inside my bag and as usual they were cold- when I told her about them all she had to say was — HAVE A NICE NIGHT — and closed the window in my face…— I’ve called to talk to manager and was put to a voice mail where she says she will call you back— I’ve never gotten a return call….
I’m gonna stop going to McDonald’s all together…

We waited more than half an hour in the drive thru for our food and when we got it, the fries were too salty, they gave me 8 nuggets instead of 10, and my dad’s burger looked burned. Customer service was the worst ever, do not recommend going here.
