We had been wanting to try KFCs chicken sandwich. Today we did and I thought it was average for a chicken sandwich, but my husband did not like his and he couldn't eat it.He said the fries were too greasy. I gave them 4 stars because I liked it even though my husband did not. I am the guide here and I do all reviews.

The staff were really nice, although most places are closed, they were nice enough to clean us a table and let us use a high chair. The experience was way different than any other KFC, they treated us as if we were in a fancy restaurant. Definitely coming back if I ever crave KFC again!

I came to order a large side of Coleslaw and a large side of mashed potatoes and gravy and received only enough to feed one person. The containers should have been filled to the tops if those containers. Their inside was closed to seat down but nothing on the doors to say so!
Very disappointed in the service and quality and quantity . This is at the McHenry KFC!😕 😒

Chicken seemed like it had been sitting for hours. The quality is not good. It made my stomach hurt after just a couple of bites.
I was looking forward to it because i can only eat white meat. Also the workers were extremely rude.. It's not finger lickin good anymore.

I ordered a famous bowl meal…. I got shredded chicken in it instead of popcorn chicken. It had a lot of cold slaw in it which made it taste nasty! I never order it as a meal and the time I decide to they didn’t give me my cookie!! I hate when I don’t get what I paid for!!

I love KFC but that night they did not have the chicken bowl so I did not order went back last night and got there a few minutes before 10:00 and they said they were already closed so I have not gotten my chicken bowl LOL

They should remove themselves from DoorDash. Not once but twice and on different occasions did they cancel my order due to product availability.

Told me I'd be 5 minutes for macaroni and cheese I set out there 20 minutes had to go inside and find out what's going on ask for a refund they told me he can't even refund right now there's no manager for cars sitting on the parking lot waiting for food all the other food was in the bag sitting on the counter was cold when we got home he told me I can leave the food there and come back later and get a refund after spending $35 I'm going to leave their Indiana and I took the food and threw it in the garbage that is oars KFC besides the one on Oakdale Road in Modesto California I've ever been
