Denny's

My Wife and I had the Best service last night! Feliz was almost Super human... taking our order, delivering our meal. All while having an Excellent attitude- Super Kind/Friendly, along with being Professional, and Attentive!!! Hopefully someone in upper management also sees Her Greatness and Rewards Her! She definitely brings that old school class back to this business!

We just went to the Denny's and my friend wanted her eggs over hard, and the waitress who tooked our order, said that for over hard eggs the yolk is removed, so I haven't heard of that before and never before when we asked for over hard eggs they removed the yolk, the waitress was so rude, on the way she answered when my friend wanted to have French toast instead regular toast, the waitress said that it's no possible to substitute regular toast for French toast because French toast is so expensive, Hello! We have money to pay, if we don't have money we were not eating out! I asked for half and half and she never brought it, I asked a different waitress and she brought it right away. This is not the first time that we go to this Denny's and have issues with something, but mostly with the customer service. So they need to fix that.

Horrible service! We sat for nearly an hour and I could hear the employees fighting. When she took our order I told her no seasoned fries one came out seasoned the other didn't and I got charged for both seasons. When they brought us our food they made no attempt to fill up our glasses so we asked for Togo boxes. The employees were so busy fighting with each other to actually serve the entire Denny's full of people.
