Mcdonald's

At this location, drive-thru service usually ranges from average to quick. But, as expected at any fast-food restaurant, during peak hours, service times can run a little slow. It's my experience, however, that curbside pickup takes a little longer than it should, no matter how busy (or slow) the drive-thru is. The burgers, nuggets, fish, chicken and fries are generally served fresh and hot. This includes peak or off-peak hours. Occasionally, during off-peak times, the food can be old and cold and it is served that way regardless. During peak hours, I usually receive sandwiches that are sloppily made and I have to put them back together before I can even eat them. Special orders are prepared correctly almost every time, though when I ask for extra pickles, I will more than likely get a handful of them on my sandwich. Drinks are usually cold but could use a little more ice. Unlike many other McDonald's locations, the shake machine is working more often than not. Overall, this is a very good location. I choose it over the McDonald's in the other direction which is closer to my house.

I absolutely hate writing a bad review. If it was just 1 or 2x I wouldn't mention it... but it seems every single time I go to McDonald's they have forgotten part of my order, or they never even got my app order but the $ sure was charged to my card! And they are so rude, not a smile or a hello. Not even a Thank You. McDonald's is slipping guys... and getting worse everyday.

Worst McDonald’s ever. Ordered on the mobile app on two separate occasions and was charged for food both times that I did not receive. I was refused a refund. Both times the drive thru workers were rude and and unable to articulate there perspective without being aggressive in there mannerisms and tone. And there “we're no managers”.

The Employees were arguing and cursing while they had customers in the lobby & drive thru . It was so unprofessional. I had my GrandSon in the car with Me and I was livid‼️cause he had to witness it .. very unprofessional all the way around ..if it wasn't for my grandbaby wanting a happy meal I wouldn't even patronize them & that Just solidified why I stopped eating there years ago .

Totally bad experience at 12:47 this afternoon I am in drive through ordering my normal food and I bring to the ladies that are handing the drinks and stuff out the window stuff that wasn't right on the recipet well as we leave she sticks her middle finger up well at this point I'm not a happy costumer I have called corporate and talked to the manager and now leaving a bad Review the woman had nerve to say for me to lose weight after I explained I just had a d&c so she was very heartless and the manager was less of the caring type as well but he had no fault in the way this person was acting. We will be sueing for poor treatment and also the food had spit on it only one of the happy meals had a toy and all the food has gave my children food poisoning so the food from today is in my freezer waiting for court date. Be very careful this McDonald's serves barely cooked chicken nuggets and fry it in the same grease as the fish which me and my kids are allergic too also the same with the fries. So yea. We are sueing the woman deserves to be fired for treating customers wrongful

Worst place ever!!! You sit in line for over 30 minutes. Then if you ask for a refund because you're running late to work they go hide behind the wall until it's your turn to pull up to the next window and then want to give you your food. They are very rude this is just the most horrible McDonald's I've ever been to
