Subway

The absolute worst service. The kid behind the counter comes out with the worst attitude. No welcome to Subway or acknowledging me at all. I asked...How are you doing today? He grumbles back "it sucks". He proceeded to throw meat on All American I ordered. After throwing sandwich together and reluctantly wrapping it, he rings order up. After ringing order he turns, walks too back and sits down. No receipt offered, no thank you offered...just turn and walk away. Employees with no customer service skills or people skills need not work here. A polite welcome and thank you goes a long way. Leave your baggage at home.

Had to make a drive down to the store. That is because their mobile app sucks! They had a bogo special advertised. Entered my order and it never took me to a checkout option. Thought had done it wrong? Tried a couple more times and the same thing. So it's not you...the app really SUCKS! Have heard the same from others.

If my wife would have let me, I would have walked out after placing my order. We first stood there for several minutes before the lady behind the counter acknowledged us. We were the only people in the place. Then after throwing the meat for my sandwich in the microwave she ignored my wife and started moving bread around and such. Microwave dinged and she slapped the meat on the bread and the few toppings I asked for. I had one piece of cheese inside the bread and one piece wadded up on the outside of the bread. I point at my wife and the lady finally went and took her order. After the lady threw our sandwich’s in a bag, she turned and walked in the back to kick the chair holding the freezer door wide open out of the way. I had to grab my own receipt from the machine and leave. If I hated my job that much, I would quit.

I initially went to the Subway on Moffett Road, and after being in line for over 20 minutes due to two customers ordering multiple sandwiches via phone calls and texts which held up the line significantly,I left and went to the Old Shell location and the employees were friendly, and swift with our order!!

Stopped to get a 12" Club Sandwhich. First, they only put one peice of each meat on the sandwhich. They used to put more. So I added extra meat. They again added very little meat ...AND... only extra on two of the three meats. She said double meat is on just two of the three meats. If I had not been so hungry I would have left. So I spent all that money on what I would consider a regular sand which awhile back. The second sand which for some one else was another issue also. Mine was toasted, the 2nd was not but the meat was not cooled or cold. It was on the warm side. They piled so much lettuce on them they made a huge mess when we tried to eat them. Although the second one did not get eaten because it was warm and it turned into a trust thing. I ate a portion of mine but tossed rest after the warm meat issue. I will not go back to a subway again. If they are raising the prices then a want what I pay for. I guess it is a com po any wide scheme. I used to love Subway.

Customer service and hospitality is extremely poor I would suggest going across town to a different location I have ordered from this sub way multiple times 2 out of 4 times it’s right order Please go to a different store i don’t know if’s it’s management or what it is but I would say do not go to this location
